I'm taking Step 1 on Sunday. I'm burnt out. I've gone through everything at least once: FA X2, Med Essentials x multiple, Goljan x multiple, RR phys x multiple. Finished Kaplan Qbank (70) finished Uworld (73). 240 on NMBE 6. I'm starting to think that at this point, if I don't know it its not going to matter. Any advice on EXTREMELY high yield stuff to review over the next few days? I'm really SICK of reading first aid/doing random UWorld tests. Thanks.

It looks like you have done far more than most people do. Both Medessentials and FA? I think you will be fine.

Damn dude, you've definitely done more than most.

Like others said, biochem/pharm is good for cramming. Embryo/anatomy perhaps as well. Get the brachial plexus down if you don't have it (I posted a link somewhere recently with a great quick tutorial on it).

Maybe a little micro (run through microcards).

But you've put in countless hours over many many months. The hay is in the barn, my friend.

I'd add immuno markers to the crammable list, but with 2 days left, I'd spend one cramming and the day before doing nothing. Me, I'll be watching recorded World Cup games all day before my test. Whatever I don't have down in 6 weeks won't get hammered home in a day, so screw it.

If you really think you're burnt out, why not take today off, and go easy tomorrow (if at all). You don't want to be dragging during the actual test day. Do something more fun/relaxing: go over incorrect UW questions. Skim FA sections for things your weakest on. Relax, watch some movies, get out and do something fun, whatever it takes. You are not going to impact your score in these last days.
