2 years left active duty, need to repeat intern year????

I have exactly 2 years remaining on my military contract that I am serving as a GMO after completing a general surgery internship, which was military and ACGME accredited. I have a letter of rec from my PD ready to go, 254 on step III, and 98th percentile on the PGY-1 ABSITE. For the majority of programs, will I be any less attractive a candidate in the 2014 match for a PGY-2 start in 2015, being unavailable for intern year in July 2014? Or am I better off repeating my intern year and sticking with the 2015 match? The issue is I can take 4 weeks off to do a fresh urology "rotation" and get fresh LORs for ERAS.
