Mass email invite received this afternoon🙂

interview dates Sat Feb 13th and Sun Feb 14th
 
Oh I know. In the beginning I thought it was funny that everybody got tons of invites on the 19th... and then it happened to me. Good thing one of the schools had an alternate day. But really, what is it with the 19 th already? Sheesh. I mean, it's not like I got a ton of interviews. And having them be on the same day is just making me want to scream. We should call it the 19th of doom or something 😀

Any word from Umbc yet? I was under the impression that they were planning on letting people know about this time of the week.

Absolutely, they were very nice over the phone. I'm looking for flights right now as we speak. These interviews are gonna get expensive.
 
NEvvvvvvvermind. I got an phone invitation for an interview with American for the 19th.

Our forum has approx. 100 people on it right now, but I think the problem is systemic. I think the problem lies with how many people are on the entire website, not just this forum.

I called about 30 mins ago and it seems like they are closed! Damn, now I have to wait until tomorrow and hope...🙁

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you :xf:. Are you planning to live on campus if you decide to attend? I wish they would provide more funding.
 
Has anyone heard anything about Roosevelt University's PsyD program. I keep hearing mixed reviews but i'm hoping for better clarification. anything will help me decide on this program. Thanks!
 
Really disappointed about American. Looks like no phone call for me, which means no interview. 🙁

ME TOO. I was waiting anxiously until they did their second round of invites, just hoping that I'd be one of the lucky ones.

This sucks. Not that I expected any interviews at all, but it's still disappointing.

Thanks! Not sure about where I plan on staying...I haven't even put any thought into that, too worried about getting in! :scared:
 
Uh... has anyone done their FAFSA yet? In all the interview invite madness, I completely forgot.

i got an interview from my POI but it may have been earlier than most because i went to undergrad there so i know her pretty well.
 
Does anyone think FDU will send out another mass email?

That was my top school and I really thought I'd get something from them... ugh I hate this process so much!

Speaking of Vandy, has anyone heard back from either the clinical or neuro program yet? Invitations to interview should be going out soon... I'm dying over here!

I'm pretty sure the clinical invites went out a few weeks ago...
 
Could the lucky invites for Case Western please pm me their POI's? I'd really appreciate it!
 
Does anyone know whether or not University of Connecticut's clincial Ph.D program is done sending out invites. There aren't any recent invites posted on the first page, but there's still so much time left before the scheduled interview date. I am wondering if it's worth holding out hope.

Hello there,

I am currently in my final year of undergrad and I'm applying for their Psy.D. program. If I do well on my interview and am fortunate enough to be accepted into their program, it would be my pleasure to give you more information about their program. However, from what I have read on their webpage...I don't think you can go wrong with them if it is a Psy.D. you want. So for now if anything, just take a look at their website and don't hesitate to e-mail anyone from the psychology department with any inquiry you may have upon looking at the website.

I got a call from my POI on Monday (2/1) for an interview invite. ANOTHER for the 19th. Luckily, super flexible so will have to reschedule.

Has anyone heard ANYTHING from the University of Cincinnati. I know they have a later deadline but this is the last school I am waiting to hear from and I think the anticipation is giving me an ulcer.....Please PM me if there has been any contact with them at all!!!

With both interviews on 2/19, perhaps it is time for me to give up on the idea of getting an invite from UIC & Rutgers. Sigh.

Any generous invited folks feel like exchanging POIs over PM?
