Finally received the secondary!
so the course section is a bit odd.
they list each course with lab. but all my courses were taken separately from the labs. should i combine the credits and average out the grades? or do i just not list the lab section?

I just listed the lecture courses on the actual app, then made a separate table for my lab courses and enclosed it with the app. Beauty of having to mail it in...

This guy's like posted this same message in almost every freaking school threads.
For those who are complete / received interviews, how long did it take between when your recommendations were on AMCAS until when Downstate received them? I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to download my recs from AMCAS (most schools downloaded them within a few days). Is this similar to the wait times other people have been having?
It only took me a few days.
On the status page, it says so.

I couldn't find it in the email, or on their site? They sent me a letter in the mail about my file completion. Is there a status update site? I can add it to my list of others to compulsively check (kidding.. kinda).
Yeah, it's the email they send you asking you to fill out their secondary. The link to the status page is towards the bottom of that email.
I received two "INCOMPLETE EMAILS" from them-one regarding my MCAT scores (haven't been released yet) and another about my LORs-shouldn't they have this through AMCAS? Or should I disregard the second e-mail since they just didn't download it yet?

as long as your LORs are assigned to them on AMCAS you don't have to worry

Yeah, I had the same problem with my LORs too (that were complete at least 6 weeks ago). I spent yesterday trying to get someone to pick up the phone but found someone in Admissions today who said they would contact AMCAS and if my status wasn't updated by next week, to contact them again.
I recommend that you also call to clarify.
Reschedule whichever they let you resechedule.

What's up with the proof of citizenship? I checked that I am a US citizen but there is a red X next to a proof of citizenship box on my status page. Should I send it in anyway?
I contacted them earlier and they said you only need to submit a proof when you're accepted. You should contact them, then they'll take that part down from your status.
Where's my in-state love?!
Edit: this is just speculation, but it kind of seems like a lot of people invited for interviews are high stat people? I wonder if downstate is a school that likes to interview ppl with high numbers first then do us more average people later?
