Thanks for the help! I mailed my secondary to the address on the secondary form, but when I log into the application status site it lists a different address. Possibly this was why the applications were lost, and mine hasn't been received.
welcome to the club! i have the same thing and same feeling but lets keep a 1% hope of it not being a rejection
this is a screened secondary, right? has anybody else not heard anything at all yet? i was verified jul 23, got that "we'll let you know in 3 weeks" in late aug then "give us 4 weeks" message on the status site.
I got that same "4 weeks" message, and then less than 4 weeks later I got an email with the secondary attached... some people on here are saying they have the status that says Drew will notify them by mail, which I never got, but I got the secondary. I think the "4 weeks" message is a good sign for now.
I'm an idiot, and just checked my status to find out the secondary was requested. I never ended up receiving the email (and it's not in my spam or trash). So I wanted to ask you guys if you remember what the deadlines were for the secondary? I hope it's not too late. I have called and emailed requesting to resend it. I just hope it's not too late.... 🙁

is anyone else annoyed that you have to write your responses in bullet format....also for the question where you are allowed to write additional information what did people put...i feel like i've already spilled my guts in my personal statement and on this secondary...i have no idea what else to possibly write...

I have been contacting Sandy Rodriguez for the past two days about getting my secondary and no one seems to pick up the phone. I have even sent an email. Does anyone know if there are certain days they don't respond to applicants and what is the best time to call? Or if the number on line is not the right one....

It may take a few days to receive a reply. I emailed Sandy and it took about 3 days for a response, but she may be the only person in the office taking calls/answering emails...patience is a virtue🙂
I think that's 2000 primaries but I'm not sure...but I'm about 99% certain I read somewhere only 24 spots
so after reading that alibai3ah had his status changed i checked mine...and it also said "secondary application requested" for my status. I didn't get an email either! hmmmm...i think i'll call if it's not in my inbox tomorrow

I'm just praying to god that they are not teasing us 😱..... and I did in fact receive a secondary.
😱!!!!! i don't think they can change their minds....it says so and it sticks!! or at least i would like to think so...
About 2 wks after submitting my secondary my status changed to "received" but this past Monday the status changed to "requested." Confused...did anyone else have this happen?
Same here I have the same status on my application but no secondary, I'm going to email today.
This happened to me also, I emailed on Tuesday still haven't gotten a response and its just past the 24 business hours response time. 🙁
I have the same issue. No email, but a status page saying they want a secondary. Email sent today (10/18) to the admissions office...

Do you guys think it could be a glitch? That everyones just changed like that for the time being and now they are trying to sort out the mess.....
My friend at UCLA Prime told me that it's not a glitch, but I can't help but think that.
omg, I also got the secondary request in my status page, but I also never got an e-mail with the actual secondary. What is going on here?
They think we're all awesome! I doubt that they would f-up that badly.
So without instructions via email, how did you complete the secondary? I ask this in all seriousness 'cuz I want to do the same thing...
I too received a status message requesting a secondary with no email in my inbox. I called today and spoke with Desiree. She didn't give any indication of what the glitch was, just that there is something that needs to be sorted out.

She was super vague in her response to my questions about what the problem was. She just said it was a glitch and they were looking into it.

I never completed the secondary because I never got the e-mail. I'm just as lost as you are.

O wow. She told me to just leave a message with some other lady. But never told me anything about the possibility of there being a glitch.

A little over 2 hours ago. I was having the problems with the secondary and I called loads of times but never got through and couldn't leave a message cause her box was full (I wonder why...
)Now it's 3 AM here but I'll work on it a bit cause I don't want to be too late..it's a paper secondary and international mail takes ageees 🙁

after looking around the site, i noticed a link for apply to "CDU online" and clicked on it...however the application seemed like an undergrad app- not medicine. none of the secondary questions posted on this thread came up.
help! i tried contacting the office but to no avail...does the so-called "email" they send include the secondary application?
OFF subject- does anyone know if Drew has rolling or non-rolling admissions?

I emailed them last week about my secondary requested status since I already mailed mine in. They replied yesterday saying they received it and will contact me within 4 weeks to schedule an interview 🙂. My status is still secondary requested although it changed to secondary received after I sent it, I do believe this is a glitch and ppl who truly have gotten the secondary at this time would of received the email with the attachment. I got mine before I even noticed the status change and I check my status everyday.

Amazing news on the interview, congrats! I'm hoping I hear back from Drew soon about my status change too.
While I agree this would be really harsh if it were a glitch I have to agree with
islandprincess. If you have yet to receive the secondary it might just be a glitch. I received my secondary before ever getting a status update. Stay hopeful though because you never know!!!!
Awww man I'm sorry, I just reread and realized I sounded like a prick. sorry guys, I mean its a glitch for us all cuz I think it just shows secondary requested for everyone, it seems like they are moving slow so the ppl who haven't gotten it probably will when they get to your application.
