Complete 8/3, interview set up for 9/22 sooo excited. Anyone else set up for this date? Oos/3.45/31R
 
I was complete on 8/24. I'm still waiting on my new MCAT scores, so I'm pretty sure that's why I haven't heard anything yet. But thus far, Drexel has been the best in keeping up with the processing of applications. kudos to drexel! 👍
 
I still have not received the secondary😡 Emailed them last week and they said they were having some technical issues and that I'd get the secondary this coming week. Can't wait to get this done with.

If you look on page 5, someone gave instructions on how to complete the secondary. You don't need to get an email to complete it. I never got an email either, but I just filled it out anyway and it worked. 🙂

Same here. Is this as good as rejected or do we still have a shot just muchmuch later in the cycle when they make sure they get in all the people with higher stats first?

Got the secondary this morning. There is still hope for you waiters.
 
I just got a secondary too. My AMCAS was verified 8/04. I wonder if they don't screen for secondaries why it took such a long time to send out the secondary? Anyways, I am happy 😀. I had given up hope.
 
Knight, They send out their secondaries in batches. I was verified 8/2 and received mine last week.

yea understand. After this process i almost wanna do some with computers to create programs that will make this process faster lol
 
does the status say you are incomplete before they change it to complete?

I submitted on 9/1 and it says that it's incomplete when I check the decision page but the initial page has the dates for the finalized supplemental, photo, fee, and lors
 
Finally got a secondary invite (I was verified 7/21), but I already submitted the secondary myself lol 😉.

My status says "complete" though.

Yup I got my invite today as well even though I already submitted the app two weeks ago...haha

They also sent me an e-mail to access some DiscoverDrexel site, but when I tried to enter the ID and PIN they gave me it rejected them. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.
 
Hi, For those of you who did not wait for the secondary and used the link from page 5... when I enter my email it does not come up with anything and asks whether I would like to make a new account. Does this mean that they have not received my AMCAS app? It allows me to make my own pin and password, not receive one via email.

Hmm.. I think they haven't received your AMCAS app yet. If they did, I think they should have a pin and password for you.

Yeah I agree with kitkat. If I were in your position, I would wait until they recognize my e-mail address and send me my assigned ID and PIN.
 
Is anyone else still have a status that says decision not reached that submitted back on August 3rd (pretty much within hours of getting the secondary -- yet still wasn't marked complete until August 9th even though all MCAT scores and LORs were in).

I'm just starting to get worried that they forgot about me since so many people already have interviews or re-reviews. I want an interview here! This is the Philly school I'm counting on! I want to live in Phillyyyyyyy!!!! (cause it's always sunny there.. but more importantly, I absolutely love the city.)

I have a 3.6/32. I'm just tried of drexel not having reach a decision -- but more so being a midwest kid, I'm sad that only midwest schools are considering me for interviews. I would love the eastcoast -- especially sunny Philadelphia. mmmmm drinking at paddy's pub.

just checked my status page and it said "invited for interview" no email yet! so keep checking the status page.

scheduled for Oct. 15 🙂 yay! my first interview

Here's the timeline...
Secondary Recieved: 8/12
Submitted: 8/13
Invite: 9/8

I swear I checked their website multiple times every day. It was a pleasant surprise to finally see something there! Good luck to everyone else!

Anyone know what's the earliest interview date for Drexel?
 
I also got an interview invite today, I was complete 8/23. There were still interviews available for as early as 9/28 when I scheduled mine this evening.

Indeed they do. Admissions does a big canvassing e-mail to find a pool of willing hosts, and a large number of folks live campus adjacent, so you might get lucky.

Last time I was in the office, I was told they start on September 21st.
 
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a complete notice? I submitted mine on 8/26 and until today the application is incomplete; I even emailed them but with no reply.

The website says they change the status by hand so I guess it takes a while. Mine took 7 days
 
Interview invite this morning. Only my second so far so very exciting.

Complete 8/6, OOS, 31/3.6

I picked Sept 30 (sept 29 was still free as well as a ton of dates throughout Oct).

Anyone hear back about the student hosting? I emailed them over a week ago and no response :/ I don't know who else to exactly email to try and set up student hosting

Invited this AM as well. Interviewing 09/30 in the AM.

When I e-mailed them about student hosting, they gave me an excel with a dozen names of people who have signed up to host students.

This. I wrote and got the reply within an hour. I would email again. They may have missed the first one.

Congrats on the interviews guys!

I was complete early August and I'm still at "No decision"....I'm starting to think that they give each member of the ADCOM a certain number of apps and they review them on their own time.
 
Complete 8/3/10, interview invite via e-mail/status page today. Scheduled for mid-October (there are earlier dates available as of noon on 9/9/10, but none fit my work schedule).

Very exciting!
 
I got my invitation to interview this morning, scheduled for 9/29! 😀

I didn't expect to get one this early in the cycle, if at all. In state, 3.35sci GPA as post-bac, 34Q.

Yay for Drexel! Anyone else interviewing that day, feel free to PM me if you can't manage to get a student host, I am local.
