Good luck to everyone interviewing. I think/hope mines went well yesterday. The school seems to be pretty thorough and the people there were very welcoming...

I really enjoyed the experience! Everyone was very welcoming 🙂

Ahh!! Well, Jan 15th is coming very soon. And I might be hearing from Ms. Walk and the rest of Committee sometime soon. I am nervous and excited and every other emotion I can possibly think of !!!

I'm just sitting here, reflecting on this trip. Overall, my trip has been wonderful, I got a chance to meet Beeweew, visit the National Mall, and of course, visit Howard! Thank you Howard for having me!
Even though the interview is over, I am really nervous, I really hope I did well 🙂

I just got an acceptance packet and separate financial aid packet in the mail. No email. It was post marked 3 weeks after my interview

There was some additional information (can't remember exactly what it was). However, the only thing you need to mail back to them is the financial aid form that is available on their website. My suggestion is go ahead and print it out!

Maybe consider calling someone if you haven't received the financial aid packet. I was admitted after you and I received my packet earlier this month a day or two after my admissions packet. I think others have experienced a similar timetable.

Now I have a question haha. When you all have sent in your deposit have you received some sort of confirmation of its receipt? I haven't yet and it has been almost two weeks :/.

There was some additional information (can't remember exactly what it was). However, the only thing you need to mail back to them is the financial aid form that is available on their website. My suggestion is go ahead and print it out!

yes. You should have gotten an email confirmation. This is why i don't trust the usps...

I wish i would have selected the 26 instead of Feb 8th (My choices were 1/11, 1/19, 1/26, and I asked for another date for financial reasons so Ms Walk gave me 2/8). Im kicking myself about that 😡

As soon as I picked that date, I came into some extra money lol.

I got the email from Ms. Walk at about 1PM Pacific Time. All it pretty much said was that my Decision Letter has been signed. I never received an "Out of Committee" email? Just this Decision Letter email telling me to call Ms. Walk!

I'm not sure of the particulars at Howard but most schools due the white coat ceremony at little bit after you have started your first year.
