Mine took about 24 hours. But did anybody who interviewed on 11/16 hear yet? Did they say two weeks? Do we all hear in 2 weeks exactly?

the adcom doesn't meet this week, so the earliest we hear back should be the 30th

I'm doing the secondary now:

This is basically my area to show why Jefferson and why me, correct? What else would be good to include in this section?
i guess you could also include miscellaneous notes/anything else you feel they should know
Also, for the LORS, if we have taken physics, we must get a letter from this professor? I have one for bio, chem, and a humanities (economics) but my prof who taught me physics just had a kid and is super busy. Can anyone give me insight on this?
in general, you should not have to get LoR from each of your basic science profs. since you already have 3 from professors, i think it's safe to ask someone who know you well to write your 4th LoR. hope it helps!

Yeah I got that too before I sent in my card...but I haven't gotten anything since mailing in my card. I guess from the sounds of it, you haven't either, so we're both probably okay. 🙂

I think that if your interviewer attends a Wednesday meeting and the committee comes to a conclusion that is not an acceptance an e-mail is sent out, otherwise it is a phone call.

They definitely cashed my check the week I sent it to them so I know they got the deposit. Check your bank account 🙂

from the few posts i've looked at, the calls are made between 10am-4pm. i think calls from Jefferson are 215-955-xxxx.

What does your status say? I was invited last year from "Decision Pending." There really isn't a formal pre-interview hold at Jefferson.

Mine has said "Interview Decision Pending" since August now I think...

Adcom meets only on Wednesdays. Acceptance calls typically made that day. Waitlist notifications are typically sent out by email within a day or two after Adcom meeting.

Means your interviewer couldn't make the last meeting. They wait till they show up to give their report in person to decide on you.

I think so. The phone calls come from Dr.Callahan so they probably come whenever she has the time.

I have an interview on the 14th of december here! Can anyone give me a run down on how to get from the airport to 1100 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA, aka the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City? Also anything I must do while I am in the area?
