2011 MCAT registration schedule released

The registration date for the first half of 2011 test dates is Oct. 6. I took the Sept. 11 exam this year, and would not know my results until Oct. 12. I think I may need to retake in Jan., but the registration date Oct. 6 is even ahead of my score release date Oct. 12. Shall I wait until Oct. 12 to register for Jan. 29 sitting? I am a bit worried all seats would be gone by the time I got my score back. Any suggestions?

Well that all depends on how much money you have sitting around. If paying for another mcat is chump change then go for it. However, I would have to say most people will urge you to wait until you know your score.

It matters on the test center... so I would call them and see if they have any idea.

Where I live (near a city), all my friends seemed to register right before the deadline with no problems (why they would wait... who knows... but they all did).

I like to register within 3-5 minutes of it opening... but I am weird
