I just checked this thread to see how they were doing in terms of completion. I submitted on 9/7, guess I have to keep waiting.
 
is anyone canceling their interview this monday/wednesday cuz of the hurricane?

Anyone have an idea of how much movement there is on the waitlist?

Did decisions come in? Mail phone or email? Interviewed very early like you, but dont have access to my mailbox. No email or phone call received
 
Snail mail. I received it back on Oct. 19th already.
 
I just called about canceling the interview due to power outages and they said at best it'll be late november... Not looking good...

I am sure they won't penalize you for this! Hurricane is in no way a fault of your application. I'm sure tons of people missed interviews.
 
no acceptances yet? interviewed back on oct 5, pretty nervous here... and judging from last year's thread, the range of dates in which i could possibly hear back from them goes anywhere from mid november to mid december. definitely is not helping with the anxiety!

I wouldn't sweat it. I interviewed Sept 12 and haven't heard. They said "I would hear back in 6-8 weeks. but more likely 8 weeks."
 
Put on pre-interview hold today. 🙁 Does this mean the end or do they frequently pick people out of the hold list?

🙁 November and still only 3 notices that we've heard about (and those being hold notices...). What's taking them soooo longggg

I interviewed sept 19th
 
I know a friend of mine has received an acceptance from PennState. So some acceptances have gone out.

I also interviewed on the 19th! Hoping to hear back sometime this week
 
Yea when did he interview and when did he hear back? This certainly changes things :x

Makes it even more nerve wrecking......
 
I got a continue to review status weeks ago. I wrote a letter of interest with updates and sent it yesterday. How much will it help here?

i'm pretty sure they don't take updates. don't quote me on this, but i believe someone on this thread or last year's thread said they don't accept updates. I sent a letter of interest after my interview and they never replied so I'm assuming it's true.
 
Got the letter in the mail today, accepted!!! Interviewed 9/17
 
If you get an acceptance is it in a big envelope? And rejections and wait list are in normal envelopes?
 
just got put on hold pre-interview (snail mail) 🙁

Does everyone who does not get an interview get put on hold for rereview? Do people even get rejected pre-interview?

How many people put on hold actually go on to get an interview?

I'm in the same situation. I'd like to know some of these questions as well.
 
I should be either recieving an email or letter this week because I was marked complete around 2 weeks ago. Considering I haven't yet gotten an email, I'm going to go ahead an assume I'm getting a letter.
 
Am I the only one who submitted and paid in mid-august and is still not marked as complete?

I SS after the August the 15th. I would consider emailing them, just to make sure they have recieved everything (this is assuming you have not already done so).
 
I emailed them and a cour days later got a complete email. I then immediately received a continue letter in the mail.
 
Does anybody have the US news data for Interviewed/Accepted/Matriculated. I can find the Interviewed/Matriculated but I would really like the acceptance number.

I hope your language wasn't too harsh. Being in the good graces of the administrative staff is usually a helpful thing.

I submitted in the first week of September, so I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. It can take months before schools review applicants send interview invites. It's just easy for us to get overly anxious- I'm doing everything I can to be more zen about this process.

I submitted around the same time around you and still am not complete. I'll send an email asking if there's anything else they need from me (aka whyyyyy am I not complete).
 
lol secondary submitted with fee on aug 27th and still "not determined complete or not"
 
I find it odd that in their FAQ on the secondary website there isn't a listing for "When the F will my app be reviewed!?"

I was put on hold but got an II a couple weeks later.
