I was there on Thursday too and I loved it! The interviews were super low-stress and the new facilities were great! I feel like the faculty/student interviews and the med students giving the tour really helped convey what the school was all about. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Crossing my fingers... 🙂

I was looking at the thread last year, and at this point, (around oct 13-14th) some people's statuses changed to correspondence sent. Mine is still on interview complete (interviewed mid sept), anyone's status change yet?

I'm still on interview complete as well, interviewed mid Sep.
Keep in mind however people were notified last year might not be how it works for you this year. Case in point, when I applied, 2 years ago, everyone that this thread that got a 'correspondence sent' status on TMO got waitlisted. Last year, they got that status regardless of whether they were accepted to WL'ed.

Is that how we find out? No call/email?
If I recall correctly, an admissions person I spoke to the other day said that acceptances are sent via snail mail, while rejections and wait-list status are sent by e-mail.

For what it's worth after interviewing at Temple last year, waitlists were by snail mail and acceptances were by email. Who knows, we have to all just sit tight, otherwise we're not going to get anything done today.

that's so weird, because at my interview day we were told october 15th, and the MSAR says october 15th (don't know if that's a reliable source for this though because it can probably change after the msar is published), but what were you all told on your interview days? was anyone told october 16th was the day?

I'll be interviewing at St. Luke's tomorrow and last week I got an email about a slight change to my interview schedule. It said something about arriving at the broad st office (which is, im assuming, the same error I got when I received my initial email about my interview) and I have an RAR interview at the same time as my second interview. I'm confused by this because 1) I'm not an underrepresented minority (my dad is hispanic but I wouldnt consider myself disadvantaged or anything) and 2) I'm not sure if the second interview and RAR are supposed to be scheduled at the same time. Does anyone here know if this is a normal thing? Sorry, this is my first interview so I'm new at all of this.

I pretty sure I was told the 15th as well. But I think it was more on the lines that the earliest decisions could go out is the 15th, not that they were going out on the 15th. I saw elsewhere on their website mentioning that the 15th was the day, so maybe its a typo. But then again, that webpage I linked seems specific for us this year.

So looks like all decisions are sent out via snail mail per the admissions office., mine still says interview complete.
+1 is this a good or bad thing?

Well according to previous year's trends, at times it has meant waitlist, sometimes acceptance, and people have been accepted while sitting on "interview complete". So it seems like the correlation is pretty random.
When did you guys interview? I interviewed on 9/27 and I have no change in the status. It reads 'Inteview Complete'.

The more I look at last year's thread the more it looks like having an "interview complete" at this point means a wait-list. bad news for me.

Although I'm in the same situation, there were also people who got correspondence sent but were later waitlisted by snail mail, right?
It looks like those people who got waitlisted received the correspondence sent status the next day.
I'm not sure, fml if I do end up on a wait-list. I felt both interviews went great. I don't know what I have to do.
