They don't have a clinical-developmental program, only a clinical psychology program that has been accredited since 2003. I found them on the list of accredited programs on that website, so I'm not sure where you saw that they were unaccredited?...Although the site still lists it as a "clinical-developmental" program for unknown reasons.
Personally, I think the field could use some streamlining of credentials, so I wouldn't mind the schools offering alternative degrees being asked to meet APA training standards. Otherwise, it's going to get increasingly difficult to draw the line between solid training and specialties designed solely as marketing ploys. It's easy to see examples of the latter in other fields.
