2013 applicants- please post when gpa is verified!

Applied 7th. Verified 18th. Why will everything be mailed?
 
Received my transcript on 12th, submitted on 13th, and won't have committee letter in till 19th, feels like I won't make it for first batch....
 
anyone who has their transcripts received on the 12th, not yet verified?

At least you know when your committee letter will be coming...mine is very up in the air. Committee seems to care a lot more about those pesky pre-med students😛
 
ppl who got their GPA verified.. I hate you all 😀

I had to set a fire under the committees ass! getting it tomorrow. luckily my mentor is part of the committee and she told them she needed it done b/c she was getting married (and for my sake)

Most schools don't get committees letters finished til august right?

I think you should call and make sure there is nothing wrong as the gentleman I spoke to on the phone this evening told me they were done up to the 12th and are ahead of that in some cases. Its also possible your file was assigned to a verifier that has been out of the office for whatever reason, but I would double check with them to make sure.

Re-applicant, so transcripts verified same day as e-submission - 6/14. Still waiting for GPA verification and LORs submitted through Interfolio 6/14 but has not been uploaded into AADSAS yet.

I will wait a little bit I messed my grades up when I entered them. One of the schools I went to had a weird grading scale 4.0/3.5/3.0 ect and I put letter grades in instead of numeric (ie 3.5=AB). So I had to fix my mistakes and resubmit it last Friday. So my delay is self inflicted.
 
E-submitted on 6/12. Transcripts received 6/7. DAT scores received on 6/11. Still waiting on GPA verification....

Strange, I'm a reapplicant and have the same transcript. I esubmitted on 6/13 and still nothing. Anyone else like this?
 
finally received my letters from interfolio!
 
When you guys say "verified"...the way to check if it's been verified is under "GPA Calculations", correct?

Looking at the GPA verification page on AADSAS, it doesn't look like what I was expecting. Mine doesn't have the class names shown, just overall GPAs. How do the schools know if you've taken the prerequisites? Do they see a different GPA verification page, or do they just trust that you know the requirements if you're applying?

I think they get a copy of our transcripts.
 
If you go to the school designation page you can actually click a button to see a PDF of your whole entire application, the one the schools will see. It's pretty cool!
 
Is it possible to have your gpa verified before you e-submit your AADSAS application (as long as transcripts and matching forms have been mailed)?
 
e-submitted on the 17th. LOR's received. DAT scores in. 2 transcripts received. The other 2 getting there hopefully by the 26th. Looks like I won't make it to the first batch...

yet to be verified...I really hope they don't start mailing applications out until end of the month!

The last of my transcripts were posted this AM (that were supposedly sent out 6/6)-hopefully it won't take them forever to calculate the plus 300 credit hours I have :scared:

I am under Status > Dental School Designation page and I do not see where I can click a pdf to see my whole application, am in the wrong page?

It's the 2013 Calendar of Events.

My last transcript was received on 6/14 so I may or may not make by Friday. GPA verification & DAT scores are the last two things I'm waiting for.

How long has it taken for everyone's DAT scores to be uploaded to AADSAS after you took the test?

Has anyone had their DAT verified? I took it on the 9thand it still doesn’t say anything.
 
I called AADSAS today, they said they are already up to 13th on the application. 😱
 
Do they send out an email when the verification is complete? or do you just have to keep checking?
 
Yes, I am confused about "up to the thirteenth" as well. I e-submitted on the 9th and transcripts arrived on the 15th and have not been verified yet
