I didn't think you'd actually go back and remove your stats lol

I mean by all means you can leave your stats if its up to you but I really don't think you were an underdog in terms of the MCAT score.

There is a lot of hoopblah and unnecessary "underdog" classifications thrown around on SDN but you can leave your stats on if you'd like. Just gives people a better idea as to how their own numbers compare.

I see. I identified as underdog mostly because of my GPAs but I am very thankful my MCAT helps out haha

I was complete a little bit before him/her and was getting IIs pretty late myself (later than him/her infact). Got outright rejected from TUNCOM, guess my stats were not high enough.

Hopefully you get TUNCOM. I really think it is a good school.

AACOMAS and TMDSAS look at transcripts differently. I went to an undergrad school that uses half letter grades like A(4.0), AB(3.5), B(3.0), BC(2.5), etc. TMDSAS only takes whole letter grades. To my luck, all of my half letter grades got bumped up to the next whole letter grade during the verification process. I had a bunch of ABs that got converted into As, and made it so I only had As and Bs in all of my classes. I did not have such luck with AACOMAS.

3.30+/3.30+/24+ and a broad, early application is virtually a shoe-in for a DO acceptance. Everyone says it gets much more competitive each year, but you and others with similar scores seem to have done fine as far as getting an acceptance...

Well I wouldn't say shoe-in, but it definitely won't keep the person out assuming everything else is in line (GPA in line or over averages, DO LOR, etc.). I got a number of rejections pre-interview and at least one post-interview (even though I thought the interview went fine) so I wouldn't recommend risking it to anyone especially if they are not so sure about their interview skills. I had to talk about my MCAT every time, and the interview itself takes a certain level of charm if they're not impressed by your stats (e.g. be able to answer why pick you over an overqualified applicant).

getting into a specific school is often a crapshoot. However, with your stats, applying early to 20+ low/mid tier schools will offer nearly 100% chance of getting at least 1 acceptance.
