Same for me but I applied to the Clinical Psychology track.

-Self-Care: Refreshing this forum and checking my spam folder. I was expecting this rejection for weeks thanks to this forum so I was mentally prepared 🙂

I dont know about other sites, but I received an invite to a site weeks after they had sent out mass email invites. On one hand, that makes me keep my hopes alive for sites who havent sent me invites or rejections, but on the other hand it makes it even more painful to sit around and wait. When will this be over???

Does anyone think the San Diego VA will still be sending invitations? I certainly haven't heard about invitations for most of their positions so far.

happened to me for one site. It's uncommon but not unheard of.

I got an invite to the San Diego VA 2 weeks ago (12/18). Not sure if more are going out, but at least a group of invites went out a bit ago. Sorry 🙁

Do you mind sharing which track you applied to? I haven't heard either way from Yale and I'm trying to figure out which tracks are and are not accounted for!! Hope you are able to find something good on Netflix!

I am waiting as well--what track did you apply for?
 
Do sites usually do phone calls in waves? Two of my sites have started calling people and I'm trying to decide if I should give up hope on those or wait until I have received a rejection.

Which 2 sites are starting to call people, Psychology 19989? Also, I imagine that invites may be spread out, so I wouldn't give up hope yet!

I applied for the Yale Medical School young adult track, still haven't heard either way.

This is such a cruel process. Maybe in the future they can get all the sites coordinated so that everyone has the same deadline and there is an interview notification day (like Match day) where we wake up and find out all the places we are interviewing... wishful thinking, I know!!

That got me thinking about Phase 2, where all of the applications are free and all sites have the same application deadline.

Plus, going back to Phase I, all sites are required to notify you either way by December 15th, unless they specify a different date otherwise on their website or brochure. A couple of the places I applied to mentioned December 18th.

I hear you. I feel like I am just waiting and I was not given a reason for the one I received. Have the reasons been constructive or helpful?
