I didn't hear anything from Ann Arbor VA (Health/Primary Care concentrations) but know they mentioned you may not hear about their open house. But I'd like to know either way :blackeye:

"IMOC is offering a webinar titled "Tips for Preparing for Internship Interviews" on Wednesday, December 7 at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 pm PST.

Our webinar panelists have work experience and/or completed internship in UCC, hospital, and community mental health settings, and are eager to share their experiences and wisdom with you.

If you're unable to join us, please post your questions. We're planning to record the webinar, and will have it available on FB or our homepage.

Our panelists are:

- Dr. Jingqing Liu, Senior Staff Psychologist and Practicum Coordinator at University of Oregon Counseling & Testing Center.

- Dr. Bong Joo Hwang, Assistant Director/Training Director at ASU Counseling Services at Arizona State University. Dr. Hwang has 11 years of working in college mental health, and 3 years as Training Director.

- Dr. Vivi Hua is the Clinical Director at the NY START program which receives funding from NYS and serves the OPWDD population (intellectual and developmental disability). The agency's name is Services for the UnderServed (SUS), and has about 2000+ staff members. Dr. Hua has 5 years of experience in community mental health settings, including working in a hospital.

- Dr. Shinye Kim is Assistant Professor in Department of Psychological Sciences at Texas Tech University. Dr. Kim completed all of her doctoral clinical training in hospital/medical settings.

This panel will be moderated by Dr. Jiyoon Lee, Psychologist at Counseling and Testing Center at University of Akron.

I believe Facebook is where they will post the link, but the webinar itself is hosted through another site. Once the link is posted on Facebook, I'd be happy to post it on the thread if that would be helpful.

Congratulations! I assume this is Mass General Hospital/Harvard Medical School? This gives me some hope that other invites may still be forthcoming.

Thanks, cool indeed (-7 F and dropping)! Their multicultural training is out of this world, so it's actually very high on my list. This is my 1st invite (1 rejection & crickets so far), so I am immensely relieved.

Congrats on getting married! How exciting! I'm hoping Dec 31 was some sort of weird typo, because that is SOOOO late. So hopefully we will hear earlier! 🙂

Or they were trying to keep their options open for as long as possible. Either way, hoping they will send out notifications sooner than that.
