Tips for Preparing for Internship Interviews" on Wednesday,
December 7 at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 pm PST.
Our webinar panelists have work experience and/or completed internship in UCC, hospital, and community mental health settings, and are eager to share their experiences and wisdom with you.
If you're unable to join us, please post your questions. We're planning to record the webinar, and will have it available on FB or our homepage.
Our panelists are:
- Dr. Jingqing Liu, Senior Staff Psychologist and Practicum Coordinator at University of Oregon Counseling & Testing Center.
- Dr. Bong Joo Hwang, Assistant Director/Training Director at ASU Counseling Services at Arizona State University. Dr. Hwang has 11 years of working in college mental health, and 3 years as Training Director.
- Dr. Vivi Hua is the Clinical Director at the NY START program which receives funding from NYS and serves the OPWDD population (intellectual and developmental disability). The agency's name is Services for the UnderServed (SUS), and has about 2000+ staff members. Dr. Hua has 5 years of experience in community mental health settings, including working in a hospital.
- Dr. Shinye Kim is Assistant Professor in Department of Psychological Sciences at Texas Tech University. Dr. Kim completed all of her doctoral clinical training in hospital/medical settings.
This panel will be moderated by Dr. Jiyoon Lee, Psychologist at Counseling and Testing Center at University of Akron.
