I applied to the general track but I know they also invited some forensic track people yesterday, too. However, I know that last year they invited people in batches so don't panic!

Sooo...did anyone get an actual rejection from the Minneapolis VA? The wording from their "application received" email last month was, "Our Selection Committee will be meeting the week of November 29th. Applicants will be notified later that week whether or not they will be invited for an in person interview."
I know invites went out, but I haven't gotten a rejection...scavenging for a little hope to hold onto...Time to get over myself and move on?

I had the same question. I was assuming that I would hear today based on that message. I don't know, I think I'm going with the mindset that it was a rejection and then be pleasantly surprised if I am invited.

Me too! I had accepted a reject from them in my mind and had almost forgotten about the site bc this past week has been the week of rejections (four rejections in three days!). I had low expectations bc they guarantee an interview for any applicant from PCOM
