long time reader. first time poster. interviewed 1/27. waitlisted in feb. idk whats gonna happen and this is very tough to go through but reading other peoples posts helps. keep the faith no matter what happens!

What's up guys? I'm an integral part of the admissions process at Wayne State. I know a lot of you are confused/anxious right now but shoot me some questions and I'll see if I can help.
So do people who interviewed earlier and waitlisted earlier than others get notified first or how does the process work? Also, did anyone hear back today?

did admissions decisions already go out today and are done being sent until next meeting?

Hey guys! So I know how anxious this whole process can be. I just wanted send an update that I got an acceptance email today at 3:55 pm EST. I know how frustrating this entire process is, so I just wanted to wish everyone good luck!!!!!

I know it's hard, I could barely sleep for months but come on you guys, Wayne State is a great school and they all are very nice there. We are all great candidates and I'm sure these meetings are really tough for them and the decisions are super hard. If they could, I'm sure they would accept everyone of us. There is still an entire month of acceptances to go out so stay positive!

In last year's posts, some were accepted off the waitlist in days following the initial big acceptance date. Additionally, there seems to have been another decent sized acceptance day around May 19. And then of course they keep accepting through June too.

But knowing all that doesn't make me feel any less emotionally drained after day. I don't know what the lesson is here. Just have enough hope to check your email on the right days, I guess (any more than that makes the process feel 10 times worse).
