I just updated the post to indicate that it was for the General Track, I didn't see that the interview dates specified General Track in my first read as I was franticly trying to respond to claim my interview date! It was also a personal e-mail, so hang in there!

Today in "disappointing emails": jump a mile when I hear the email notification on my phone, see that it's a Google flight-tracker update...for a site I've been rejected from. :arghh:
 
Sanity update:
Received and invite and a rejection within seconds of each other, made for some serious emotion dis-regulation.

Then I received a (computer generated) response to a letter I sent to my congress representative. At first glance I saw "Congratulations" and got super excited then read more closely to see it actually said "Congresswoman...".
 
For those of you getting texts and getting things scheduled with Medical College of Georgia, may I ask what dates you guys were offered?

I’m right there with you. Was on 5 straight days of rejections till about 30min ago. Cleveland shot me down too. Pretty crappy feeling today but hopefully the tides will turn in our favor. Wishing you the best Fellow neuro nerd.
 
So I am spending my lunch time break from clients NOT working on my paperwork because I am refreshing this forum and my email repeatedly. When I get too sad at the lack of activity, I switch over to checking my email and this forum on my phone. My brain somehow thinks that the tiny internet on my phone will be different than on my laptop- the MAGIC phone internet won't let me down. Repeat for 50 minutes :boom:

The rejection/invite thing happened to me yesterday too. It was the most emotionally dysregulated that I have ever felt hahaha.

Anyone else feel like they're the most distracted they've ever been in their entire (insert years of living here) years on earth?

I appear to have developed ADHD and OCD symptoms (jk, but really - refreshes email, switches between forum and email, repeat for rest of day)

Ugh sorry friends 🙁 I'm waiting to hear back from them too along with many of my friends and now I feel like I'm definitely waiting for a rejection :/

OH man. Waiting for this as well along with Texas child study. I am really praying this isn't a day of rejections for me 🙁 I need a win sometime soon please universe!

If you click on your name on the top right, it takes you to your settings, and on the bar on the left of that page, there's a spot for "signature." Just add it there and it'll pop-up under your posts, you'll have to manually update it though. The things we do to try and distract ourselves....:ninja:

Yep. And even appropriate meds didn’t help me settle down to focus on studying. Just stared at SDN all day until I was almost sure no one else would update....
