The term perfect is hyperbole but you’re missing the point. There is self selection in DO schools you’re ignorning. We both attend DO schools and let’s be honest how many students have you ever heard express any desire to attend an IVY program? Nobody gives a damn about that at DO schools and low-mid their MD school (for the most part). If majority of Nova kids match number 1 compared to an MD school where 65% match their number one then I’d say it’s likely those Nova kids are far happier and more fulfilled feeling. From their perspective they got exactly what they wanted out of medical school broadly speaking.I disagree, and here’s why:

Take a look! Nova had 232 grads ALL matching into their first choice residency!! They must be the best med school in the US, because no ivy leagues are listed on that page.
Why should someone attend an MD school when STATISTICALLY more DO schools are getting their first choice matches?! Please point out the flaws here, or just call all of these DO schools perfect
