everyone who interviewed in 2019 who got A/WL was notified of their A or WL first day of Feb. I heard nothing on that day even though I interviewed in December. This R was my first communication from the school post interview

Made an account just to comment. Post ii R today via email. Interviewed Jan 3. Submitted secondary end of July I believe. Completed in September or October. Saying that I'm devestated would be a complete understatement especially since my interviewer told me I did a great job. Good luck to the rest of you.

I think they waitlisted people the same day they sent the huge acceptance wave.

not sure if this helps, but I interviewed the week of January 20th and haven't heard anything. But it's also possible that they just haven't gotten to my app yet

They never mention high priority. It’s just the way the email is worded compared to normal WL.

ok just lurked and it seems like the first week of april people got off the waitlist! so another month of waiting.

I also got this email! I had a friend at Einstein explain to me that it literally is rolling admissions-- they want to accept you, but they can't overfill the class at any point, so they have to wait until someone holding an accept drops to let others in. There seems to be a lot of movement from it in the spring.

so at my interview they told us straight up they have filled the class. but i think that literally just means that they accepted as many people as there are seats in the class. lurking last year's thread there are some people that never got the HPWL email and got accepted but they were a part of the larger acceptance waves that included HPWL people (hopefully that makes sense). but obviously they're not gonna get 100% yield with the ~180 acceptances they've already dished out early feb (guessing 180 cause that's their class size)
