This post is a mood! It's exactly how I feel - it's worries me how all these schools have been scheduling for next year dates, yet are still reviewing apps from July, like how? Are you even going to get to all the applicants? 🙁 :arghh:
Exactly! Everybody is telling me how schools are delayed this cycle, and I actually believe that. But it is not like they have changed the cycles' dates and deadlines to accommodate for that. One of my schools interviewing me only had dates for February. So, I wonder if some other schools will even get to me, or they might, but by the time they review my application most spots will be filled and there will be few interviews they can offer so late into the cycle.

To all those who are worried, they most likely have changed their deadlines. One school I had applied to emailed us and said that since they are behind they are pushing their interview deadline back by a month.

does anyone know if they accept update letters?
At the bottom of the email that notifies that your application is complete, you can find the following instructions for updates.

"Please send any such updates to [email protected], attaching your update as a Word or PDF file with the file name in the following format: lastname_firstname_AAMCID_ date. You will receive a confirmation email. Please do not include other queries or information in the email; questions should be directed to our main email address".

Hope this helps, and best of luck maybe I see you there next fall !

II received this morning! Complete 7/24. LM 77

I've read that this school does stress interviews...can someone elaborate on what that means and any tips on how to navigate that? 😰
From what I've heard, it means the interviewer is not super friendly, asks rapid-fire questions and might even cut you off sometimes. It's intended to see how you respond to pressure.

@those who interviewed, how did it go? Anything you wish you knew beforehand?
My interviews were both the opposite of a stress interview. They both knew my app super well and had prepared specific questions about my activities but were super conversational so we went on tangents and chatted about random things for a while
