What are the chances of getting off the waitlist?
Looking at the thread from last year, it seems that five or six people got off the waitlist in June. A lot of that movement was in the middle of the month. Remember that those people happened to post on SDN, so I'd imagine a few more people got the A in addition to them. That's at least what I'm imagining for my own sanity hahaha

Just 5 or 6😢 Hope more people get off, this wait is so agonizing.

Can any accepted student tell how many people are showing up in the group me? Just wanna see if there's still hope with waitlist movement or if the class is full😕

114. I think there might be a couple of current students in the group as well though.
Do you think every person that’s been accepted is in the groupme? I only ask bc on PCOM Georgia’s website, it says 135 students matriculated in 2023, so PCOM Georgia might have space for lots of students (~20) if there are only ~110 in this year’s class

Definitely not… I think people join because they’re curious and then forget to leave. There’s also a Facebook page and it has 58 members atm.

Did anyone have any A’s at the end of this week? Should I still be hopeful?
Seems like only soreadytobeadoctor was the only one this week (that posted on the thread at least). I'm giving it until the end of next week before accepting it's probably not going to happen. I would love to get the A since my wife recently accepted a job that requires her to stay in ATL, but it is what it is. Creeped on the class GM link though and it went from 111 to 113 this week.

So frustrating! I’m in the same boat. I have to move across the country in a week unless I hear from them. I would love to stay here and the school would be so close to where I live but they’re not giving me much. Do you think if I call they could give me any info?

You could always try. I’ve thought about doing it, but considering I sent a LOI within the last few weeks, I didn’t want to annoy them. If you do decide to call them and you’re okay sharing, could you let us know what they say?

I definitely wish they gave us more updates or something regarding the WL. There are schools actively reaching out to people on their WLs asking if they’re still interested, while we’re left in a purgatory-like state.
