Will send the admissions office an email tonight I guess? I don’t suppose that seems too pushy?

of course this is speculation, but do people think there will be another wave today? It seems the majority of results have been sent out, so might not make sense for another wave.

Pure speculation, but I think they’re done and some of us just caught in a weird limbo. Of the people who haven’t heard, was there anyone who interviewed *prior* to February?

I interviewed mid January.

I think yield is the reason there’s so few As this first wave

"March 5 date for notification of disposition to applicants who have been interviewed and considered by the committee"

Maybe it's possible to have interviewed months ago and not have been "considered by the committee" for whatever reason? In which case the March 5th date is not really meaningful at all?

Gonna need some lawyers to help us parse this lol

But then saying prior to mid February suggests that it could be a cutoff for the apps that have been considered so far

would be strange to explicitly give some people a "rolling admissions" email if they're still rolling out other decisions quietly though— idk, whole thing doesn't really make sense

For those who were struggling to upload their AAMC ID, you need to use chrome and PC, then it should work

how quickly will those of us who received "rolling admissions" hear back :')

Yeah. Just super weird that the dates were all over the place. Like, some people from December hadn't been reviewed but others from late February (!) had.

Yours is about the only reasonable explanation, though.

To give some hope, I think there will still be some that rolled out within the next 10 days -

Traffic rules from aamc - By March 15 of the matriculation year, issue a number of acceptance offers at least equal to the expected number of students in its first-year entering class and report those acceptance actions to AMCAS.

I also always expected if there were multiple decision dates, it would at least go in order like other schools. Such as As then WLs then Rs. I don’t know why it’s all over the place
