I was an early Sept finisher, got an II that turned into an A. So not quite as late as you but still on the later side

Based on last years thread there was a wave of R’s also around Valentine’s Day. Then in the coming last two weeks of February they sent out their last interview invites of the year.

So for those who were able to avoid the R so far we still have SOME hope!

Everyone says the interview is very friendly and conversational, but my first interviewers didn't really smile or chat at all. They asked me harder questions and challenged me on some of my answers. The second interview was much friendlier. Did anyone else have impersonal focus interviews?
