You are fine for any DO school. For MD consider adding these schools:
Temple
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan

Yes.

I had a similar GPA to yours and got accepted to a school that has an average accepted GPA of ~3.8! I think as long as at least one of the metrics is in line (GPA or MCAT) and you fit with the mission of the school, you've got a chance.

That's really encouraging to hear! I'm trying to offset the low GPA with making every other aspect as best as I can.
