You will need DO schools on your list. Suggest:
NYITCOM

PCOM
LECOM
UNECOM
MUCOM
CCOM
CUSOM
KCOM
KCU

Your MD list is good, but delete Einstein and Oakland-B. ADD:
Netter
Tufts
BU
GWU
Gtown
Seton Hall
Case
TCU/UNT
SLU
Creighton

Thanks Goro ! Do you think I can put some UC schools on my list too or are they mainly going for Cali residents ? Maybe I can also add Keck ?

No and no. Only UCSF rewards reinvention (Keck is maybe), but I don't think that your stats are competitive for them.
how do you feel about personal statements with burning prose lifting that 515 up? I know you said you're not here for hugs and kisses and rainbows (If I recall correctly) but Idk, maybe he can dream?

TBH I feel like those schools are long shots. My 3.55/3.4 gpas are holding me back. I think I might drop NYU from my list too.
