Alright, here's the low down.

I received my MCAT scores today (6/20) and I didn't get what I wanted (granted I was unable to sleep the night before). I got a 507 (125/125/128/129).

I am Filipino American and just graduated with a degree in BIO (CA resident) with 3.65 cGPA and 3.49 sGPA. I am conversational in Tagalog and Spanish.

I have 400+ hours of clinical experience (hands on patient care through a summer internship, physician shadowing, and hospital volunteering), 2 years of Neuroscience research (no pub), ~150 hours of peer health counseling, went on a medical mission to an underserved rural province in the Philippines, 1 year of leadership as a Marching Band section leader, and many, many more experiences (TA in a Chem class, leader of Student Fee association, etc.)

I am currently taking a gap year and am currently in the process of being EMT certified as well as am in the process of getting into a Big Brother/Big Sister program and going back to the Philippines for another medical mission.

Question is: with my almost competitive GPA and MCAT... do I have a chance in US MD schools?

You have a chance for interviews at these schools with your stats:
Loma Linda
Quinnipiac
Vermont
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
GW
Georgetown
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
@gyngyn could advise you as to which CA schools you have a chance at.

I'd add Albany to the list too but def apply DO too unless you really can't see yourself at DO school. You'd be very competitive at DO schools.

I was always under the impression that some of these schools are very hard to get into (Georgetown, GW, Loyola...). What do you think I would need on the MCat with a 3.7 GPA to get into these schools?

The answer to your question is likely based on more than just MCAT and gpa. But MSAR should help.

Being Filipino and speaking Spanish will help you a lot! Non-IS heavy Florida schools will love you. Off the top of my head UMiami and UCF are good picks (maybe NOVA MD too). Also add Seton Hall to this list and Midwest schools. Ex:
Wayne State
Ohio State University
Medical College of Wisconsin
Indiana State University
Central Michigan University
Wright State
Oakland Beaumont
Western Stryker
Toledo
UMiami
UCF
Nova MD
Seton Hall
UMissiouri-Columbia
NYMC
Albany
SUNY Downstate
SUNY Upstate
local state MD’s
Non-IS heavy DO’s

I suggest these:
NYMC
Drexel
Wayne State (maybe)
U Toledo
Seton Hall
Rosy Franklin
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
WVU
VCU
U VM
Rush
MCW
SLU
Creighton
Albany
Oakland-B
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Netter
Gtown
GWU
UCD
UCI.
Nova MD
Any DO school. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide.

Don't think being Filipino would help since its Asian and that's an ORM.

Depends on the school actually. Filipinos are lumped in with Asians, just like Cambodians...but I think we can all agree this classification is a bit outdated.
