Cumulative GPA: 3.65 and Science GPA: 3.76
I have a strong upward trend with my freshman year being sub 3.0.

MCAT: 513

Clinical Volunteer Activities
UCSD Free Health Clinic (4 hrs/week for about 2 years)
Scripps Green Hospital (4 hrs/week for about 2.5 years)
Project Vietnam, I traveled to Vietnam with a group of students and had a chance to shadow various doctors and also help the local Vietnamese community. (1 month)

Physician Shadowing
Hospitalist (20 hours)
Emergency Room Doctor (16 hours)
Orthopedic Surgeon(20 hours)
Cardiologist(24 hours)

Research
Alzheimer's Research Study (2 years; No Publications)

Non-Clinical Volunteer Activities
Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor (2 hrs/week for 1.5 years)
Moore's Cancer Center Community Outreach Program (3 hrs/week for 2 years)
Soup Kitchen Volunteer (4 hrs/week for 3 months during the summer for 2 summers)
Americorps (Will be volunteering for Americorps for 1 year starting this September)

Extra-Curricular Activites
Member of my school's Archery team(2 years)
Medical Literature Society (1.5 years)

I'm an Asian applicant from California. I'm planning on applying to the following schools. Please help me revise my list of schools and advise me of my chances.

Your list is more or less fine. I would ditch Riverside if you aren't from the Inland Empire and you don't fit Meharry's mission. Everything else looks fine. Couple others worth consideration could be Stony Brook, Emory, Rochester, Saint Louis, Miami, Hofstra, Medical College Wisconsin, Creighton, Oakland, Quinnipac, Western Michigan and Loyola.

If you want your biggest bang for your buck I would ditch most of UCSF, Meharry, Drexel, Temple, Va Tech and TCMC and replace with Creighton, Medical College Wisconsin, Oakland, Quinnipac, and Saint Louis.

UCSF and Geffen are big reaches but I'm sure you know that already. Nothing wrong with having some long shots.

Why SUNY Upstate? They accepted 6/154 out of state according to the MSAR. I would take that out.
