Say I don't honor internal medicine... Do I still have a shot at the top IM programs? I'd rather not mention the particular program, but from looking at this forum, it seems everyone who matched at the program I'm interested in honored IM. Is not honoring an automatic rejection?

Can you repeat the clerkship to try to get honors?
Do you have some sort of major compensating EC, like *founding* a free clinic or a PhD?
