Hello,
Will a withdrawal from an Algebra course hurt my future applications much? Im in the second semester of a year studying in Egypt, and Im very busy with full time language instruction, hospital volunteering and a load of courses. On top of this I chose, stupidly, to take an online course from home in College Algebra. Im rusty in mathematics, and I wanted to catch up. The trouble is that its an accelerated, work intensive course, and with all my other commitments I just dont have the time to dedicate, but I waited a week and a half to realize this, and now it will go on my record as a withdrawal. I probably could drop some other stuff and do well in the class if it was vital, but it would mean giving up on important things. I otherwise have a nearly perfect GPA, and Im sure when I do take the course Ill do well. Still, I dont want to hurt my changes with good medical schools.
Thanks for the attention,
