There is a difference between wanting to do well and being a gunner looking for free points since you couldnt earn them with intelligence. Since you are in the latter group, dont expect any respectable professor to hook you up... 🙄
This has to be a joke. I'm also a UCI undergrad and I've spent 2+ years volunteering at this same clinic (the only free clinic in the OC), and you have got to be kidding me if you think you established "a great rapport with patients" there. Unless you were a translator and actually worked with the patients for more than 2 seconds, you have no right to claim such. I beleive you spent the majority of your time in the front office doing all the boring office work no one else wants to do, and taking someone's temp is really not a meaningful thing. Calm down, and control your attitude now that you still have time before interviews (if you do get any, I realize that A may have screwed you over).
