About to fail anatomy??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Anyone else fail a class--how did you improve? If I already gone to the resources my school provides, how will the school view this? 🙁 Just feeling really depressed.

I'm doing well in Anatomy, but I'll share what helps me.... Hopefully it can help you / ya

1) Get a strong foundation of resource -- ask 2nd years what worked for them
2) If you can teach it to yourself and other, you know it
3) My school has a Cadaver lab and I usually go in EVERY night the week before the practical exam. I would learn the material from other fellow classmates. Just listen to them. Ask questions.
4) Write down a list of things you don't know. Look them up and fill in the voids.
5) Ask you're fellow classmates for any clarification. If you're scared people may see you as inferior, who cares. That dumb question you ask may land you a few more points on the exam/quiz.

And alwayssssss thank the person who helped you.

Cheers.

I effing hated going to anatomy lab. Our practicals are worth less than 10% of our grade. The formaldehyde made me dizzy so I'd ditch them and ensured I got the anatomy on our written exams.
Only 10%???? Ours is 30% practicals, and a 5% "professionalism" grade from when the instructors talk to us in lab.

That sucks dude.
I feel for ya.

Yeah but they would end up putting a lot of anatomy during our midterm and finals for the block... which I enjoyed a lot more than staring at a cadaver and huffing formaldehyde.
