So suppose i somehow purchased my own Surgery Center attached to my clinic. Do i still have to wait for my BC status to do surgeries. Or since its my own center and iam the boss. I can do what ever i want 😀

Your surgery center, your bylaws. Ours states that we can do anything allowed by state law.

My hospital also mandates that we recredential every two years, and that we must have performed within the previous two year period any procedure that we wish to be permitted to do in the coming two years. If you were not allowed to do a "complex procedure" until BC, by then you may not have done it within the past two years and therefore are no longer allowed. That'd make for another Catch 22. How about that?
