Academic renewal(retaken courses) accepted by Carbbean schools?

I have heard that US schools do not allow you to retake undergrad courses and have the grade replaced, they will only factor both. Do caribbean school do this as well? Can you retake and replace undergrad courses with them?

US osteopathic (DO) schools allow grade replacement. Not sure about Carib --you'll need to contact the individual schools.

caribbean schools will look at both your old and new grades for the repeated class. if your grade has improved significantly, they will look at the new grade favorably. if you are repeating classes, you should try hard for A's.
