Alright, I am too anxious....I am starting this thread so that all of you guys who have already gotten into schools can tell us what the acceptance envelope looked like. Was it thick, thin, certified, ect.? Maybe you can throw in there if you were called ahead of time or anything else that made it special. We can start a list (so people like me who check SDN 100 times a day don't have to look up each school's individual thread). Thanks for your help! Hopefully I can add something to this list soon!

I just got my first today. It was a standard letter from Temple, but I could tell it contained more than one sheet of paper. I never received a phone call or email, just the letter - and what a relief it was.

My acceptance letter from U. of Louisville came in an ordinary envelope with one sheet of paper in it. It scared the crap out of me until I opened it, I was sure it was a rejection letter. I know U. of Kentucky calls applicants as soon as they're accepted, so they know before they get the letter. Good luck!

I gotten a few as well...standard 9x12 envelopes, thin but more than sheet, no certification. Almost all of them were preceded by an email, but that could be b/c it they were all first releases.
Good Luck!!

I haven't been lucky enough to get any acceptances yet... but I have heard that Penn State's acceptance letter is sent in an oversized and thick envelope. UMD seems to use regular size envelopes, but they are pretty thick. Vermont's letter is supposed to be "small" whatever that means. I believe DMS' letter is very thin, just one sheet of paper.

I see they are people even more neurotic than myself... ;) Sucks to wait for decisions post-interview...

oddly enough, all my acceptances came in small envelopes.

it wasn't too bad as i was first notified via email by some

Anyone know how BU, Georgetown, Temple, Drexel, NYMC, or SLU acceptance letters come? Thanks!

BU is a large envelope.

anyone know what vanderbilt envelope looks like?

Just curious, has anyone ever gotten an envelope larger than regular letter-size that was a rejection or waitlist?

This thread has blown holes in my theory that you can predict the answer by the envelop. I thought that if it was a 8x11 envelop you were accepted and a standard size meant rejection or waitlist
My inexperience speaks for itself...
MCW- 8x11
UW-Mad - standard...waitlist.

(Only applied to 5 schools, denied one interview and never heard back from the other two after the secondaries)
