Hi drmangalore,
Ur scores r similar to mine....but I dont think Penn puts much emphasis on just scores. What I personally think that might be an issue is that u have zero work experience. So u have to improve ur application like trying to observe or volunteer here or try to assist someone in research..or go for camps here in the US. I did not write part 2 so am not sure if that will help..it wont hurt to take it though esp since u have so much time.
