isnt there FINANCIAL AID??? where almost any1 can get one. where do u think students get their massive loans from. u get loans in ur state and u pay when u graduate, why do u need a cosign hell u dont need any credit whatsoever lol. some students never had a job nor a credit card with no credit but they will get loans easily but they have to pay when they graduate. ur not trying hard enough to find out the details plus ur too down. talk to a school couselor if ur still lost and makie sure u pay the 500, 1000 u need to pay to hold that seat.
Talk to your school's financial aid office. Anyone should be able to get a Stafford loan, regardless of credit.
I am definitely broke, so I am funding my education between Stafford loans, money I am saving from a second job and a thousand scholarship applications through fastweb.com.
Don't be scared to talk to the financial aid office at the school you have been accepted to. They can be very helpful when it comes to understanding what options you have.

you got in once, you can get in again once you have the financial means?
fill out your FAFSA asap! you should get an offer letter of whatever amt the gov't will give you in stafford loans and whether you are eligible for a pell grant. If you took out alot of loans and exhausted the cap that the gov't places on stafford loans (approx. 138,000) then you might have to look into private student loans or grad plus loans from the gov't. You can also always look for scholarships from fastweb.com.

Join the military. That's what I will have to do. But if you find other options then more power to you.

I have a hard time figuring out how many people claim to not be able to find funding for school. I'm glad you're willing to accept loans but the thing hurting you most is that you have bad credit which I assume came about from the having no money thing.
Do you currently have a job?
An alternative is to try one of the "crowd-sourced" lending solutions such as prosper.com. If you have now become responsible and have shown that all your woes are from when you were young and stupid, putting your story, your acceptance into Pharmacy school, and your financial plans on Prosper will generate some sympathy and most likely some offers to loan you money at a reasonable rate.
You should look at working part time while you're at pharmacy school and reducing all unneeded expenses such as perhaps a car, health insurance, etc.

there's always someone that will want to lend you money, only they will charge you a higher interest. you can get 8.5G from fedaid. for the rest try asking relatives/friends if they want to lend you the money and that you will pay them back with interest.

I guess you don't qualify for loans because your current student loans are in default. You need to communicate with your lender and start making minimum payments. Mine were $100.00 a month. After six months of that you will qualify again.
