ACOM vs PCOM-GA

I am leaning toward ACOM. Seems they have better research opportunities and much better rotations then PCOM-GA and board score data for ACOM is much stronger. However, I am worried that it is a newer school and might affect residency placement. Not super excited to be living in Dothan but I don't care about that much. Looking for the school that will give me the best shot at a surgical field (including Gen Surg). If you voted please list the reasons why below, thanks.

Any Surgery is pretty competitive as a DO, you will have to work hard. That being said, I always lean toward more established schools. But I am an ACOM student so let me know if you have questions
