hi silver....how u doing.....ya in deciduous max molar...we usually give a palatal movement while extracting in because it is a more stronger root and also to some extent because buccal bone is more liable to fracture in children.
when r u appearing for part I...and from where?
in my view the treatment for acute and chronic alveolar abscess is different.
in case of an acute abscess....its better to establish drainage through the root canal followed by conventional endodontic therapy after the symptoms subside.
while in chronic, endodontic therapy is the treatment of choice.
in my view this ques is not rightly put.....but if i need to answer this i will say its endodontic therapy(D)
extraction is by no means the best treatment
incision and drainage is an emergency treatment where adequate drainage cannot be established through the canal
i am appearing from New Delhi (INDIA)....on march 5th and 6th 09
my mail ID is [email protected]
whats ur mail id?
Hi everyone
This year the SAQs' format was changed. We had to answer 3 compulsory questions. We had to write the answer of each in a given booklet which had 3 papers to write in. Then we had to seal in in a pocket( with no name , just you ADC reference code which you'll be given after your assessment).
