adcoms, how much do you value publications?

i hear in many places that pubs are a game changer, that it elevates your application a lot.

But i wanna hear adcoms prespective on this, how much of an effect do pubs have

honestly i was refering to DOs (and MDs) in general, but if u want me to be more specific:
Touro (all), MSUCOM, Rowan, DMU COM, KCU, UNECOM, PCOM, LECOM, OSUCOM

Of those schools, MSUCOM, PCOM and KCU have good luck research venues, so a pub get some interest. It won't be a game changer though
