Adding more schools after AMCAS verification

My parents are urging me to apply to more schools, and my AMCAS has been processed. If I add more schools, will the application be sent to those schools right away or will it take a long time? The first few deadlines are coming up next week and I just dont want to pay if the schools wont get my application until then....
