Do you have a better chance to get into a pharmacy school if you study prepharmacy at that school?

For some schools yes, as long as you maintain the minimum GPA that the school requires.
 
And most of the schools that are like that, are going to be state schools. Most privates dont really care if you came from Pocatello Idaho or Burlington Vermont

Yes, some school you do have a better chance. I'm currently a pre-pharm student at UOP and all i need to do is maintain a 2.7 GPA, pass my interview and writting test and i'm basically guaranteed a spot in pharmacy school.
