Hi, looking for some feedback on some topics

Prompt: Describe a challenge you faced and how you addressed it

1. Growing up queer in a religious and conservative family/community and how many of my relationships have become strained. How the judgement I felt made me feel like I had to hide who I was. How I learned to navigate these relationships and have hard conversations with people. I learned the importance of being inclusive and on opening urself to new perspectives. And how importance self reflection is as a physician
2. Deciding whether or not to tell a counselor about my friends mental health issues. There were apparent signs they was becoming more depressed/suicidal, but they asked me to not tell anyone. Ended up telling someone out of fear of her safety and lost that relationship but she was able to get the help she needed. I could talk about how I learned to make difficult decisions + approach future situations. Not entirely sure about the ethics and if this raises any red flags tho.
3. Someone in a class was being very openly homophobic, saying slurs. A lot of people in the class was queer so it was just shocking. Deciding between ignoring it to avoid escalating, but decided to have a conservation with that person and let them know how they were harming the rest of the people in the club. They ended up apologizing and agreed to not use that language in the class anymore. Talk about how I learned the importance of advocacy and working with others who have different viewpoints.

Can you frame your options with the following scheme:
  • Situation
  • Conflict
  • Approach
  • Results
  • Evaluation

2 is more a challenge about someone else.
1 and 3 seem to be related to each other (to me).

Depending on how you frame things I think 1 is your best bet because it is framed as the most "personal" challenge you have directly faced. The topic of #3 may go well with a question along the lines of advocacy/standing up for marginalized communities, which does come up decently often in secondaries. Topic #2 I think would fit best for a question along the lines of "going through an uncertain situation" and/or an ethically challenging/ambiguous situation.
