Im just wondering if anyone had a similar experience with my situation. My introductory attempt at college ... Well , to say the least, it just was not good. Long story short, I went into the working world first. After pharmcas did its calculations, my non science gpa is only a 2.4 . Which is kind of discouraging. However, my cumulative gpa is a 3.06 with 120 hours , and the good thing is my science gpa is a 3.66 with 60 hours, and I will graduated shortly with a B.S. in Cellular biology. I have a fantasic upperward trend and I did explain this in my personal statement, but Im just wondering if the admission committee will dwell on that non science gpa. Also, i do have 5 years exp in the pharmacy and 2 years of volunteering in the hospital.
