Aiming 260+, not really getting it!

hi..
im an img from india.
finished 4th year, n having a long break from my internship for prepping USMLE Step1

i started prep 6-7 months before
my target was to get a 260+

finished kap qbank 75% of qs 1month ago
NBME 7..1month ago.. = 235

i thought it was a gud sign, since getting this before starting uworld
2 days before i gave nbme 11, n it DEVASTATED ME.. just 238!
btw, i cud only finish 20 blocks of uworld until now, n im getting 85-90s in every block.
d thing is my exam's 2 weeks away, n it is the end of eligibility period
ive to apply for eligibility period extension now, for atleast 1 month,

CAN U PLEASE guide me to effectively utilize my time, coming 40days, to get past 260+
What are the strategies to be employed?
DO i need to really get to tons of qs? and how is dat even possible for me considering im only doin 1 block uworld per day?

i think hard work is not paying off anymore,
i really think one need to come up wid bright tactics to excel past 260..
please guide me in this, im so confused..! 🙁

Is anyone else put off by this kind of stuff. OP, I know you are in a tough spot here but soliciting help without first contributing to the forum rubs me the wrong way.

Also, we know nothing about your prep, your weak subject areas, how you have used your Qbanks, etc. Until you provide more detail the best you can get is, "Everything will be OK."

85-90 on 20 blocks (im assuming full 46 question blocks) is pretty freakin high I think

And read through it. Somebody's prep "style" should match how you've prepared for other exams. Please, please do some work on your own to try to answer your own question. You can't just say "I really want to make a 265 and I'm not yet!" and expect somebody to magically resolve that for you. I'll just say right off the bat though that most people aren't capable of pulling off a 265 regardless of study method used. Chew on that for a bit, read/search through some other threads, and then come back and ask a few questions that might actually have a chance at being answered.

definitely do all three major Q banks.USMLE RX, KAPLAN , (which u've already done ), and UWorld..Memorize First aid.. 🙂
