It exists in the Navy but I'm not sure about the AF. I was at the flight doc last month and there were a few ensign running around with paperwork, etc. I was getting over a cold and getting back on flying status. The ensign just watched the flight doc do her thing and sign me off as good to go. Not sure what the program is called. This is my first and only assignment on a Navy installation so I can't say much about it. I've been assigned to 4 AF bases and TDY to several other and never seen the program in the AF.
