Am i wasting my time??? chiropractic college offers BS in human biology

I am currently attending a chiropractic college that offers a BS as well as a DC degree. After much thought... im not sure if I want to go the DC route as there are too many reasons that I wont get into right now. Anyway Im opting for the BS in Human Biology since i might as well get something out of it. My question is im concidering going the MD route but i am defenitly worried about my degree. Ive talked with my BS councelor a few times but i havn't got a staight answer from him. This is their "accredidation" :
Accreditation The Cleveland Chiropractic College multicampus system is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, [30 N. LaSalle Street, Suite 2400, Chicago, IL 60602
The only reason why i am asking is that my school is not a university, nor state university, not even a libral arts college.
Bottom line is am i wasting my time going the MD route?
any opinions??

Yes, you're wasting your time. Switch to a university.

What is the Higher Learning Commission?

The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is part of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). NCA, founded in 1895, is one of six regional institutional accreditors in the United States. Through its Commissions it accredits, and thereby grants membership to educational institutions in the North Central region: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. If you are unhappy at your school and what to broaden your chances, transferring might not be a bad idea. I suggest you call the medical schools you are interested in for the best information on your situation.

yes you will be fine i went to ccla now at csun, your not wasting time you did a good thing.
