amcas 2003: "COURSE #"...does this include name or name and number?

    when entering course no, do u enter only the number or the abbrev and number? i.e. Math 185 or just 185?

    You want to make it so that AMCAS can identify each of your classes. I just put the number, but I think it is okay to put both if you want to.

    Enter the dept if you can fit it, but it will show up anyway when you designate the type of course it is. For Biology, (for example), I entered it exactly as it's listed on my transcirpt as Bio22a.

    Lat year I just put the number, then in the course name field I put "general biology" or whatever. I never had any problems.
